Proving market value: We insist that all properties are below market value. True market value is a moving target and difficult to prove. For this reason if you are a developer we need to see that the properties you are selling on this site are either below a list price of similar properties you have sold recently or discounted from a price list or discounted from the valuation from a recognised professional/certified valuations office in your country or area.
On uploading properties you have the ability to upload a valuation document and other documents such as price lists to prove that the property is discounted against your usual price.
Properties without such documentary proof will not be allowed to be shown on this website.
